Accès Plus with disability card ≥ 80%

Do you want to benefit from the Accès Plus Transilien service and do you have a disability card greater than or equal to 80%? You are entitled to guaranteed station assistance and a guaranteed trip at no additional cost.

Guaranteed assistance at the station thanks to the help of an agent to greet you and, if necessary, to accompany you on and off the train.
A guaranteed trip because in the event of an unexpected event, the agent or call center will work with you to find an alternative solution so that you arrive at the destination station.

How to use the Accès Plus Transilien service?

If you want to travel on the whole of the Île-de-France Transilien network: book with the Assist'enGare unique booking platform up to 24 hours before the train journey/departure. Booking opens 15 days before the trip. So you can travel from the 1st to the last train.
An accessible station enables all persons with disabilities to move around the station and to the platform independently. Human assistance may be required to board the train.

On the day of your journey, arrive at the meeting point and time agreed with Assist'enGare.
At the station, a Transilien agent will welcome you and, if necessary, help you get on and off the train.

For RER lines A and B this service is coordinated with that of the RATP to offer you an end-to-end journey between a Transilien station and a RATP station.
