How can I be refunded for my Navigo Day, Week or Month pass?

If you have an unused Navigo Day, Week or Month pass, it can be reimbursed:

  • you fully cancel your pass before the start of validity of the package,
  • 50% if you cancel your pass within the first 10 days of the month of validity (Navigo Month pass)
  • 50% if you cancel your package within the first 2 days of the valid week (Navigo Week pass) due to illness, dismissal or forced change of workplace.

The reimbursement of your ticket will be made by check letter or via Bons Voyages Transilien within 18 working days.

How do I cancel my Navigo Day, Week or Month pass?

To cancel your pass, go to the ticket offices of carriers and certain RATP counters, where you will be given proof of cancellation.
Your Navigo reimbursement request must be accompanied by proof of cancellation given at the counter and, if applicable, by a supporting document (sick leave, employer certificate of dismissal or forced change of workplace), then sent to the carrier. who carried out the cancellation:
