Lush greenery in the heart of the Yvelines
Much appreciated by sportsmen and walkers, the Rambouillet forest is one of the largest forests in Île-de-France. It has a large network of hiking and biking trails.
Rambouillet Park is dotted with treasures: the Queen’s Dairy, built for Marie-Antoinette, the English Hermitage Park, the shell cottage, the Lovers’s Cave and the National Sheepfold. A real farm on the outskirts of Paris, it is a breeding school. It welcomes visitors, around its cows, draft horses, hens, goats, rabbits. It also has an equestrian center.
In "the forest of the eagles", let yourself be surprised by the demonstrations of free flight of raptors. "The deer forest" is an observation path that allows you to learn more about the large mammals of the forest: deer, fallow deer, deer, wild boar ...
