The Sausset Park offers visitors an ideal natural environment for a stroll with family or friends.

The meadows are located at the centre of the park. These giant lawns are ideal for relaxation and many other activities. There are play areas for children, basketball and pétanque courts, and more. This is also where the visitor centre ("La Maison du Parc') is located, where visitors can find information, exhibitions, and the educational vegetable garden. The marsh, with the Savigny pond, is an ideal refuge for snipe, herons, small mammals and amphibians. Like everywhere else in the Sausset park, there is an exceptionally rich diversity of fauna and flora.

There are regular activities offered in the visitor centre: these include stories, guided visits, a forestry workshop, and an owl night, among others.
