You can have free access to a secure Île-de-France Mobilités bike park and benefit from a year-round parking space for your bike, if you have a Navigo pass loaded with an Annual, Imagine R (student and school) and Senior pass.
All you have to do is take out a free subscription on the website sncf-parking-velos.iledefrance-mobilites.frYou don't have a Passe Navigo Annuel or imagine R? You can take out a paid daily, monthly or annual pass on the sncf-parking-velos.iledefrance-mobilites.fr website

You can travel by train with your bicycle only in off-peak periods:
- Monday to Friday, before 6:30 am, between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm and after 7:30 pm,
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, with no time restrictions
In all cases, your bicycle will only be accepted on board within the limits of train capacity and if it is placed in a location that does not impede traffic.
Outside of these times, and therefore during rush hour, it is forbidden to travel with your bicycle for the safety and comfort of other passengers.

To find a lost object or to drop off an object found in a train or station, simply report your loss online.
Please note that objects are returned to their owner upon presentation of an identity document and payment of a €5 or €10 restitution fee, depending on the value of the object, corresponding to the management costs.

Two hydroalcoholic gel dispensers have been set up in each of the 50 largest train stations in the Paris region.
