  • You can travel by train with your bicycle only in off-peak periods:

    • Monday to Friday, before 6:30 am, between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm and after 7:30 pm,
    • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, with no time restrictions

    In all cases, your bicycle will only be accepted on board within the limits of train capacity and if it is placed in a location that does not impede traffic.

    Outside of these times, and therefore during rush hour, it is forbidden to travel with your bicycle for the safety and comfort of other passengers.

  • You can, during a period of 3 months after the date of infraction :

    • either file a complaint on the dedicated website: file your complaint online
    • or send a written protest to SNCF Voyageurs at the address of the collection center indicated on the ticket payment slip or at the address indicated on the reminder letter.

    After being forwarded to the public prosecutor (article 529-5 of the Code of Procedure), the latter will rule on the validity of your request. In case of rejection and non-payment of the transaction within the allotted time, you will be subject to criminal proceedings.
