There are several ways to obtain it:
- from your personal space: log in to your personal space. Click on the link "download my certificate" and follow the instructions.
- at a transport company's sales office, at the SNCF Navigo Services counter or at certain RATP counters. This service is also available at all RATP ticket offices.
- at RATP or Transilien SNCF ticket machines to obtain a receipt for your Navigo pass in use.
GOOD TO KNOW: No receipt will be issued for a Navigo Jour pass.

When you order your Navigo pass online, there is a maximum period of 21 days between the date of receipt of the order by Agence Navigo and the date on which the Navigo pass is sent to the holder (as evidenced by the postmark).
If you purchase tickets during this period, they will not be reimbursed.
If, however, after this 21-day period following receipt of your valid file, you have not received your Navigo pass and you need to purchase tickets, you may be reimbursed in accordance with the current GTU.

You ordered a Navigo pass online or by mail order and did not receive it within 21 days
To obtain a new Navigo pass as soon as possible, free of charge, you can declare the non-receipt of your Navigo pass at a RATP, SNCF or OPTILE sales office, or at a RATP or SNCF Navigo Services counter, 21 days after receipt of your complete file by the Agency.
You can also report non-receipt of your pass online from your personal space by clicking on "Report non-receipt of my card" or by post, e-mail or telephone to the Navigo Agency. A new pass will be sent to you by post within 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Issued free of charge, the Navigo pass is nominative and includes a photo ID. It is reserved for people working or living in Île-de-France.
You can obtain it :
- Online: provide yourself with a digital photo and follow the instructions.
- If your application is complete, the Navigo pass will either be delivered to your home address within 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays), or it will be issued at one of the transport companies' sales outlets, certain RATP counters or SNCF Navigo Service Desks three working days after you order it.
- At a sales office: go directly to a carrier's sales office, SNCF Navigo Services counter or certain RATP counters, with proof of address. Your photo will be taken and your pass will be produced on the spot.
- By post: the Navigo pass application form is available from any RATP, SNCF, OPTILE or SNCF Navigo Services counter or from certain RATP counters, as well as from all RATP and SNCF ticket offices. Fill it in, attach a passport photo and send it in with the T envelope provided. You will receive your Navigo pass at home within 21 days of receiving your completed application.
- On your phone by downloading the mobile application: create your Navigo Connect account (by entering your personal data and photo) and use your phone as a support, like a Navigo pass.

The Navigo Semaine pass allows you to travel unlimited from Monday to Sunday within the chosen fare zones, on all modes of transport in the Ile-de-France, except Orlyval.

The Navigo mois pass allows you to travel from the 1st to the last day of the month with unlimited travel within the chosen fare zones, on all modes of transportation in the Ile-de-France, except Orlyval.
