The suspension of an imagine R package is not possible.

The cancellation of your Imagine R pass during the year is only possible for the following reasons, with proof:
- Interruption of schooling until the end of the school year (cessation of attendance, long-term illness and accident). A certificate must be provided.
- Internship of more than 2 months outside the Paris area (only for students and apprentices registered in a school located in the Paris area at the time of subscription). A certificate must be provided.
- Moving outside the Paris area. Proof of the new address must be provided.
- Death of the holder. A death certificate must be provided.
- Beneficiary of the Tarification Solidarité Transport.
The pass payer must send the request to the Agence Imagine R by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (LRAR) addressed to the Agence Imagine R:

GOOD TO KNOW :
The contract can be terminated without reason during the first month following the date of the beginning of validity of the contract. In this case, only the 8 € (including VAT) of the application fee and the first month of the contract will be charged to the payer. If the cancellation is done before, only the file fees are kept.
Any cancellation request is final. No new subscription for the current year will be possible.
No cancellation can be requested by the customer during the last 3 months of the commercial contract. -
If your Navigo Imagine R pass is lost or stolen, you can :
- go directly to a transport company's sales office, the SNCF Navigo Services counter or certain RATP counters where you will be given a new Navigo Imagine R pass immediately.
- contact the Imagine R Agency on +33 (0)9 69 39 22 22 from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm or Saturday from 9am to 8pm (no surcharge). Your new Navigo Imagine R pass will be returned to you within 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- log on to your personal space and click on the link "declare the loss or theft of my pass". Your new pass will be sent to you within 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
GOOD TO KNOW: In case of loss or theft, the Navigo Imagine R pass will only be replaced once per school year, except in the case of racketeering or aggravated theft, upon presentation of a copy of the receipt for the police or gendarmerie complaint. In the event of a second loss or theft of the Navigo Imagine R pass, the contract may be terminated by the Imagine R Agency under the conditions of article 6-2 of the GCVU.
The fee charged for the replacement of the Navigo Imagine R pass is €23 including tax (non-refundable).
The reissue is free of charge in the case of a racket or aggravated theft. -
After the maximum period of 21 days from the receipt of your complete file by the Imagine R Agency, you can declare that you have not received your Imagine R pass:
- at the transport companies' sales offices, at certain RATP counters, at SNCF Navigo services counters (the pass is issued immediately)
- online, from your personal space, by clicking on "Declare non-receipt of my card" (the pass will be sent within 10 days, excluding weekends and public holidays)
- or by post to the Agence Imagine R (the pass must be sent within 10 days, excluding weekends and public holidays).

In the event of non-receipt of your Navigo imagine R pass or of the communication relating to the confirmation and recharging of your pass, no reimbursement of transport tickets purchased while waiting for the imagine R pass will be made if it turns out that the malfunction is not attributable to the imagine R Agency.

You wish to subscribe to an imagine R package during the school year.
Regardless of when you subscribe, the full amount of the package is due. -
Subscription is done directly online (except for holders financed by a Third Party Payer or wishing to pay by check) from the personal link received on the payer's e-mail or from the payer's personal space.
After completing the online form and submitting all required documents (see below), the payer must electronically sign the subscription documents that make up the contract.All online subscriptions must be accompanied by :
- a passport photo,
- a certificate of registration or schooling (only for students),
- a proof of identity for the Junior package
- a means of payment.
