Following suspension, you can resume your Navigo Annual travel pass:
- online: from your personal space,
- by telephone to the Agence Navigo Annuel on 09 69 39 22 22 (toll-free): Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm or Saturday from 9am to 8pm.

Please note! The resumption will only take effect once you have updated your annual Navigo pass at a point of sale or at an RATP or Transilien SNCF ticket machine, and this must be done within 48 hours of the request.It is possible to program the suspension and resumption of your pass at the same time, except if you perform these operations online. Indeed, if you make your suspension request from your personal space, you will have to update your Navigo Annual pass before you can make a resumption request.
When you resume your pass, billing will resume, without any additional fees.
If you suspend your pass in the last few days of the month, it is possible that it will still be debited the following month. In this case, it will be automatically refunded to you.GOOD TO KNOW
If you are unable to come to the office, you can give a proxy to a third person. This person must have your letter of proxy and your annual Navigo pass in order to request the recovery of your pass. -
Go to a transport company's sales office, the SNCF Navigo Service Desk or certain RATP counters. To subscribe and obtain your Navigo Annual pass immediately, please bring along
- A bank account number (if you choose to pay by direct debit)
- A means of payment for the first month's payment: credit card, cheque or cash (only in agencies)
You do not need to provide a photo, it will be taken directly on site.
Your Navigo Annual pass will be given to you immediately. -
To be eligible, two conditions must be met:
- To be 62 years old or more
- Not to have a professional activity, or to have a professional activity strictly lower than half-time.

If you notice that your Navigo Annual pass is not working properly, you can go to
- at a transport company's sales office, at the SNCF Navigo Services counter or at certain RATP counters to have your Navigo Annuel pass checked. In the event of a proven malfunction, a new Navigo Annual pass will be issued to you immediately, upon presentation of proof of identity, in exchange for the defective Navigo Annual pass.
- at an RATP or SNCF ticket office: in the event of a proven malfunction, you will be given a repair coupon and a personalized temporary card in exchange for the faulty Navigo Annual pass. You will then have to go to one of the transport companies' sales agencies, certain RATP counters or the SNCF Navigo Services counter where your new pass will be given to you free of charge in exchange for the repair coupon and provisional card you received earlier.
- You can also order your new Navigo pass from the RATP ticket offices and obtain it within 3 days at the RATP ticket office of your choice.
NOTES
If you are unable to travel, a third party can go to the ticket office with your annual Navigo pass, your proxy, your identity card and theirs. -
You can cancel your annual Navigo pass at any time during your contract without giving any reason. Any month started is due, and the cancellation takes effect on the 1st day of the month following the registration of your request. You do not need to update your pass.
You can cancel your pass :
- online: from your personal space, click on the link "suspend or cancel my plan" and let us guide you. No need to come to the office!
- by taking your annual Navigo pass to one of the transport companies' sales offices, SNCF Navigo Service Desks or certain RATP counters
- by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Agence Navigo Annuel - 95905 CERGY PONTOISE CEDEX 9
- To be taken into account, your request must include your customer number (indicated on your Navigo Annual pass) as well as the desired termination date.
We remind you that any month started is due in full (see terms and conditions in the general conditions of use).

You can suspend your Navigo Annual travel pass at any time during your contract, for a maximum of 12 months.

If you wish to suspend your pass for month M+1, you can request suspension online until the last day of month M. You must then update your pass before the 4th of month M+1. After this date, the payments will continue.
Example: If we are in January, and you want to suspend your pass for February. You can request a suspension online until January 30th. You must then update your pass before the 4th of February. After this date, the payments will continue.
- at a transport company's sales office, at the SNCF Navigo Services counter or at certain RATP counters, with your Navigo Annual pass and proof of address.
Example: You want to suspend for month M+1? You can make a suspension request on the transporters' network until the 4th of month M+1. The pass will be updated immediately.
The suspension is effective on the 1st of the following month, depending on your request, after your Navigo Annual pass has been updated, as specified above. The debits are then stopped, knowing that any month started is due.
If you paid for your pass in cash, you will be reimbursed for any unused months by applying the calculation method applicable to payment by direct debit to the period used, in accordance with the current CGVU.
As a reminder, as soon as the payer has paid for 11 consecutive full months, and therefore no suspension has occurred, the 12th month is not charged. If a suspension is carried out, the calculation of the month not deducted starts again on the 1st full month following the resumption of the annual Navigo pass.GOOD TO KNOW
If you are unable to come to the office, you can request a suspension online from your personal space. A third party will be able to update your Navigo Annual pass at a point of sale or at a RATP or Transilien SNCF machine 48 hours after the request.
You can also give a third party your power of attorney and your Navigo Annual pass to suspend your travel pass.
If you cannot do any of these things, you must cancel your pass:- from your personal space on iledefrance-mobilites.fr
- by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Agence Navigo Annuel - 95905 CERGY PONTOISE CEDEX 9.

You can report the loss or theft of your Navigo Annual pass:
- at a transport company's sales office, at the SNCF Navigo Services counter or at certain RATP counters: your Navigo Annual pass will be replaced immediately and free of charge. (1)
- online from your personal space: click on "declare the loss/stolen card" and follow the instructions. Once the online declaration is complete, your old Navigo Annual pass will be permanently deactivated. You will receive your new Navigo Annual pass (1) free of charge within 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving your request (excluding postal delays). It will already be loaded with your Navigo Annuel pass.
(1) The Navigo Annual travel pass is replaced free of charge in the event of loss or theft, up to a limit of 2 times per period of 12 consecutive months from the date of purchase or return.

When you subscribe online, you will receive your Navigo Annual pass within 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If you buy tickets during this period, they will not be refunded.
If, after this 10-day period following receipt of your valid application, you have not received your Navigo Annual travel pass and you need to purchase tickets, you may request a refund, unless the malfunction is not attributable to the Agence Navigo Annuel and in accordance with the general terms of sale in force.
