You have subscribed to your Navigo Annual travel pass online or by post and you have not received your pass within the 10-day period announced (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

You can then obtain it immediately and free of charge by declaring the non-receipt of your Navigo Annual travel pass at the transport companies' sales offices, or at the SNCF Navigo Services counter and certain RATP counters.

You can also declare that you have not received your pass 

• online from your personal space by clicking on "Declare non-receipt of my card", 
• by telephone to the Agence Navigo Annuel on +339 69 39 22 22 (toll-free): Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm or Saturday from 9am to 8pm.

A new Navigo Annual pass will be sent to you by post within 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) 

Please note: The start dates of your contract will remain unchanged and will correspond to your initial contract, regardless of the date of receipt of your Navigo Annual pass.

If you wish to subscribe online, please bring your means of payment (RIB or bank card) as well as a digital photo in jpeg or gif format (to be downloaded or taken with your webcam, your mobile or your tablet).

If your application is complete (photo conforms to requirements, payment accepted and contract electronically signed), the Navigo Annual Pass is, according to your choice

• either sent to your home within 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays), 
• or issued at a transport company's sales office, at SNCF Navigo service counters or at certain RATP counters, 3 working days after the order.

OUR TIP
If you are not the payer of your pass, the payer will receive the electronic contract to sign by e-mail.

The Navigo Annual pass allows you to travel unlimited in the Ile-de-France region within the chosen fare zones, on all modes of transport, except Orlyval.
