  • You can create a personalized email alert (in French) by going to the "Mes alertes trafic" page on the Transilien.com website and entering your route to be notified when a disruption occurs.

    The Twitter feeds of Transilien lines also inform you in real time of disruptions.

  • Renewal of the Île-de-France Mobilités Bicycle Parking Service is not automatic. You must follow the instructions sent to you by e-mail: 

    1. during the month preceding the month in which the subscription ends,
    2. within the first 10 days of the month in which the subscription ends.
  • The Île-de-France Mobilités bicycle parking service includes :

    • open, self-access bicycle shelters,
    • closed and secure collective spaces. Most of these spaces are also equipped with video protection. Some lockers also offer recharging points for electrically assisted bicycles, lockers and/or inflation pumps.

    Bicycle parking facilities are available 24/7 for non-motorized bicycles and electric bikes. Video-protected and equipped with racks on two levels, the bike parks allow you to leave your bike safely at your departure station and to find it when you return in the evening.
