You are eligible if you have a disability card equal to or greater than 80% or if you are a wheelchair user (UFR). This means you are entitled to guaranteed assistance at the station and guaranteed travel at no extra cost.

Accès Plus Transilien is a free reception, information and assistance service for people with reduced mobility. It is available on the entire Île-de-France Transilien network. If you are a person with a disability and have a valid ticket, you can use the service with or without the assistance and travel guarantee at no extra cost.

Accès Plus Transilien provides assistance in Île-de-France stations, while Accès Plus provides assistance on mainline trains.

Deaf and hard-of-hearing people can talk to our Accès Plus Transilien advisers via a translator. Communication is via camera in French Sign Language (LSF) or in Completed French Speech (LfPC) or in Real Time Speech Transcription (TTRP). Contact us via our translator operator ROGERVOICE from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and on Saturday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. Outside of business hours, the service is available 24/7 for text transcription.
